We also provide a toll-free number, 888-278-9953, for you to call and speak with us directly. You will not reach an operator who is unfamiliar with our product line. You will speak with either Tami or Ridvan directly. This may mean we do not offer 24 hour on call service but you can be sure if you leave us a message at any hour of the day or night we will return your call promptly. Or you may be lucky and catch us burning the midnight oil and reach us when you least expect it. Typically we answer all calls placed between 9 am and 4 pm MST. If you prefer not to place your order online you can call us directly. We are happy to take phone orders or mail orders. Please do not send sensitive information such as credit card numbers via email as this is not a secure method.

Your satisfaction is the most important factor in our relationship with you! Our return policy is such that if you receive your item and you are not happy we will be happy to refund your money. If sizing is an issue we are also happy to issue exchanges. We also guarantee our puzzle rings so if any problems arise within the first year of purchase we will be happy to rectify the situation, and make sure you are happy. Because puzzle rings are well loved and used they deserve to be taken care of. That is why we offer free polishing and cleaning once a year for the life of your ring. All you have to do is send it back to us and cover the shipping costs - your puzzle ring will look like new! If you purchase any of our wedding bands these carry a one year warranty as well.
