If sizing is an issue we are also happy to issue exchanges. We also guarantee our puzzle rings so if any problems arise within the first year of purchase we will be happy to rectify the situation, and make sure you are happy. Because puzzle rings are well loved and used they deserve to be taken care of. That is why we offer free polishing and cleaning once a year for the life of your ring. All you have to do is send it back to us and cover the shipping costs - your puzzle ring will look like new! If you purchase any of our wedding bands these carry a one year warranty as well.
