I purchased this ring for my wife about a year ago, a few weeks ago she let me know the gold heart section of the Ring had detached and was lost and she was upset, I did what I normally do and just bought a new ring. I could have reached out to customer service, but I chose to just replace it. Not saying either option was correct, I just solved a problem. The other 4 rings I purchased around the same time are still pristine. So, not a negative review, just an honest one. Things happen and this was not worth getting all worked up over. Love all your products.

Love the rings. My significant other and I are using them as our wedding bands. They are perfect. There were some issues with shipping but puzzlering was AWESOME in their communication and assisting in fixing the problem.

I cannot ever remember being so disappointed. I literally needed a magnifying glass to see the Claddagh symbols and the knots on the ring. On my finger it looks like a child’s toy from an arcade.
I’m so sorry for the disappointment. Our 5mm Light band is specifically crafted to be a sleeker, more delicate option, which means the intricate Claddagh symbols are naturally scaled down to fit.
For a more substantial, heavier ring where the details really stand out, we highly recommend our 6mm or 8mm designs instead.

I received my claddagh ring for mother's day and haven't taken it off yet. Its silver so I expect it palm side of my ring will get a bit dull but the top looks shiny. It's a beautiful design. I pair wear it with my diamond ring as well as solo. I'm happy with the product. Shipping arrived a day early and had plenty of tracking.

This ring has fallen apart after two years of normal wear. The claddagh/trinity design element that wraps around the ring came apart. To be honest, I didn't expect that would happen at this price point. Seems kind of cheaply made.

this ring was absolutely gorgeous on her hand. that was until she lost it. i will be buying another one due to how nice it looked on her, but it is quite unfortunate the fate of the first. there will be no picture due as she did have it long enough to take photos.

Nice delicate ring to highlight my Irish heritage. Fits true to size. Triquetra engraving is done well. I do wish the engraved surface was less matte and more shiny/polished. As it is, it makes the ring look a bit dull. Engraving done per request. Would be nice if simple engraving was free for products over $100
